The Do’s And Don'ts Of Applying False EyeLashes

Your guide to being a pro at applying false-eyelashes!

False eyelashes are a game changer for women who love the long, luscious, baby-doll look. But, if you’re a beginner, or feel like your lashes don’t stay on for too long, here’s a guide that can help you become a pro at applying false lashes!

THE DO’S:

1. Know where to apply the Lash Glue.

The amount and the place where you apply your lash glue on your temporary lashes plays an important role. Always apply a tad bit in the center of your lashes and more towards the corners of your temporary lashes.

2. Stick your lashes right over the lash line.

How you place your lashes is another important step to take into account when looking for a flawless baby-doll look. Be sure to stick your temporary eyelashes oright over your lash line without leaving any unwanted space in between. Use a tweezer to make this step easier and get it right at the first try!

3. Apply just the right amount of mascara!

Mascara over your false lashes helps bring the whole look together and makes it look more natural. If you’re going for a bolder look, two coats of mascara works like wonders too!

THE DON’Ts:

1. Don’t apply false eyelashes directly!

False eyelashes must be customized as per your eye shape. Feel free to cut the ends if the lashes are too big for your eyes to make sure they don’t hang out from the inner corner of your eyes.

2. Don’t go overboard with the glue!

Too much lash glue can call for disaster! It can make your eyelids mushy and the false lashes too heavy to stay on your lash line for long. Excessive glue can also get inside your eyes and cause irritation, so its important to go easy on it.

3. Don’t Pull Them Out Roughly

It’s important to gently scrape off the false lashes from the sides instead of pulling at them when you’re done using them. This will help keep the lashes intact and make them last longer, getting you more applications out of it.
