Glance Cosmetics would love to see you glammed up and looking fabulous wearing the eyelash of your choice on various occasions. Thus, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and in perfect condition. As such, we strive to complete your order as soon as possible.
Our service area covers most of the UAE. We deliver daily except on national holidays. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Furthermore, the shipment fee is calculated during the checkout process.
- Free delivery is available within the city limits for orders over 100 AED; anything below 100 AED incurs a shipping fee of 15 AED.
- For any orders from remote areas, a fixed 25 AED shipping fee applies.
- Within City Limits - the standard delivery time is 1-3 working days; whereas Outside City Limits, it takes 2-5 working days.
- If you need same-day delivery, we are able to provide it at a reasonable cost upon request.
- We offer free delivery on orders worth 500 AED and above within the GCC Countries; while the shipping fee for other international destinations is based on the zone rate. Please see INTERNATIONAL ZONE RATES (add link) for more information.
- We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days for GCC countries; whereas other selected international countries may vary based on the zone assignments. Please refer to ZONE-BASED COUNTRIES (add link)
- All international deliveries will be facilitated by DHL
- It is important to note that all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by your local government/authorities will be your responsibility. This is beyond our control. Most shipping agencies often collect these fees at the point of delivery.
- If you wish to know more about customs duties in your country, you may contact your local customs office before placing an order so you will be more aware of the charges when applied.
- Please be advised that we will be unable to declare your package for a value other than what you paid when you checked out.
*Taxes and customs duties are non-refundable. If you refuse to receive the delivery, we will need to deduct those costs from the refund amount.
*Change of delivery conditions will incur an additional charge after the third attempt.
*Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for local and international delivery. (the amount is shown on the checkout page). Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for delays resulting from incorrect or unconfirmed addresses.
Our website tries to display accurate prices, but mistakes may occasionally occur. In the event that the order was processed with an incorrect price, we will honor the lower price (if it is lower than the actual value) or refund the difference (if it is higher) than the original price. The mode of payment is in three ways:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - the customer may pay upon delivery to the courier not exceeding 500 AED. Orders placed beyond the mentioned amount should be paid online.
- Debit/Credit Card - We accept online payments using VISA and Mastercard in AED. By choosing this option, you hereby authorize us to charge the amount you have purchased using the card details you have provided. Rest assured that all online transactions are completely protected and secured through SSL (SECURE SOCKET LAYER). All debit/credit card payments are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway. The whole transaction is fully encrypted for your security. Glance Cosmetics does not store any pertinent information on any servers after the order was placed.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS/ COUPON CODES:
- Promotional offers are valid only for the specified time period and are subject to the availability of the stocks.
- It is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

- The discounted amount is not refundable
A notification email will be given, as soon as the order and/ or payment is confirmed. No one other than us is authorized to accept an order.
You can check the status of your order via the website or the app. Furthermore, upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided for your reference. You may also call customer service for further assistance.
- As soon as we are aware of a delay in supplying the product due to a circumstance beyond our control, we will contact you immediately and take steps to minimize its impact.
- You will be informed on how to rearrange delivery or collect an order if no one is available to accept delivery at your address.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 30 minutes of placing it. Refunds will be given in full.
- Items that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. For cancellations after this time, please contact customer service. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- If, for some reason, you need to cancel some items on your order prior to dispatch, please contact customer service.
- Cancellations may be considered but not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel your order(s) if;
- You fail to pay us when it is due; or
- If the order/ payment made is suspected of fraud; or
- If, as a result of our request, you don't provide us with the information needed to provide the products within a reasonable period of time; or
- Despite our reasonable efforts, you do not allow us to deliver or collect the products from us within a reasonable timeframe; or
- You attempt to place a bulk or multi-order purchase for the purpose of reselling it without our prior knowledge; or
- We are unable to fulfill the order(s) due to a lack of stock availability. We will immediately notify you to offer alternatives or process a refund, (whichever is applicable); or
- If we find an error in the price or product details, we will notify you and ask if you wish to proceed with the order or receive a refund; and
- If there are shipping restrictions.
We are sorry to hear that you want to return your order, however, due to the nature of our products, all sales are deemed final. We do not provide refunds and exchanges unless you received a damaged or incorrect product. If deemed defective, Glance Cosmetics will process a replacement of the same item or refund the actual amount less the shipping cost. Since our lashes are handmade, slight variations may exist. Lashes may differ from one to another, and this is not considered damaged.
- In case an INCORRECT/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE product is received, please contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly indicate your name, phone number, order number, and an image/ video of the actual product.
- If the returned item is from a set or a bundle, the whole set needs to be returned unused, and in its original packaging.
- As soon as we received your request, you will receive an email confirmation.
- If the item is deemed defective, we will process a replacement or refund whichever is deemed necessary.
- In the event that the item is LOST/STOLEN, please contact us immediately so we would be able to assist you.
- The quality team will send a status notification to the customer through email when the product is received and verified.
- Once confirmed it is eligible for a return, a refund or replacement will be processed whichever is deemed appropriate.
- COD orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note with no expiry. No cash refunds will be given.
- Debit/ Credit Cards orders will be refunded in two ways, either through a credit note or through the same payment method. We're available to help you in any way possible. The amount will be refunded in 7- 14 working days (depending on the bank process).
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
*Bundled products will be refunded based on the actual price rather than the discounted price.
